Retreat from the world for a day in a sacred place & let go of what no longer serves you
This letting go ceremony is held in a beautiful sacred place for women on the Beach of Souls. Women have come to the Beach of Souls for ceremony for thousands of years, here the woman spirits will support you and help you let go of what no longer serves you.
The ceremony uses all elements fire, earth, water & air, these elements are used to assist & release what you are ready to let go, cleansing your body, mind, emotions & spirit.
This is a powerful process I have been taught by my Wirradjirri teacher, following these traditions. I have been trained by an Original Elder, Minmia, and with her blessing I offer this ceremony to you.
This retreat day includes
sharing knowledge about the sacredness of the Beach of Souls, its story, healing capabilities & support it offers.
Learning and experiencing ancient tradition - that you will always be able to draw upon.
Connecting to Mother earth, the spirit of the land, country & yourself.
Freeing up space within you for more peace, compassion & love

To get the most out of the day and to give yourself time to integrate, it’s recommended to stay the night in the area, after ceremony. There are many accommodation options in Narooma, Tilba Tilba or Mystery Bay, there is also camping were we will meet for the beginning of the retreat day. I and other women stay there the night & you are more than welcome to join us.

Bek's skill in connecting and sharing her wisdom with others is natural, beautiful and real. Ive been to two letting go ceremonies and found them SO powerful at helping me shift what no longer serves me. Soul Sisters... Who else needs to let go of something? You won't regret coming to this retreat... Make it into a weekend retreat and come camping. I've been to this Letting Go Ceremony with Beks Reconnect and Heal over the last two years (didn't we all have stuff to let go after Covid!?) , and the effects for me personally are tangible each time. I can't miss it now. Shedding layers of yourself is not easy, but the indigenous culture and approach to life through ritualising the stages we all move through is filled with such ancient wisdom, and sharing it with other women is so powerful and so comforting. Bek shares so much and it resonated so deeply with me the first time that I can't wait for every Autumn and Spring retreat to come around to really cleanse another layer of myself.
